Jeff Bell, Sr. Landscape Architect/Planner manages the Baton Rouge Office of the MPG Planning Team, with projects in the City of Central, Baton Rouge and Lake Charles. His professional career has spanned over sixteen years and has served as lead designer on many planning and design projects throughout the Southeast United States.
Mr. Bell’s professional planning experience has included work on governmental master plan projects and private investement land development projects specifically regional and community planning, mixed land use planning, residential developments, office, commercial and specialty retail developments. Mr. Bell’s landscape architectural experience includes view corridor design standards, streetscape design, environmental graphic signage design, and site development planning and design.
Responsibilities include; project management, sr. design and site planning, research/inventory and analysis work, project programming, master planning, site design, public presentations/ charrettes, construction detailing, planting design, and cost allocation and estimation.
